Located off Mathis Ferry Road, the historic neighborhood of Scanlonville features a mixture of million dollar waterfront estates, executive homes, open lots and modest well-maintained historic homes. As such, homes within the community range in size from as little as 700 square feet to more than 3,000 square feeet.
