Landfall Condo

Landfall Jupiter Island is a seven-story complex that features 28, oceanfront condos. With only four suites per floor, these condos offer more than 2,600 square feet of living space and boast beautiful views of the azure Atlantic Ocean or Intracoastal Waterway. Interior appointments include three bedroom suites, split bedroom floor plans, open kitchens, volume ceilings, walk-in closets, marble or tile flooring, and expansive balconies that wrap around the corner of the building. Amenities at Landfall include boat dock access, direct pathway to the beach, swimming pool, sundeck, and covered parking. Owners are permitted to rent condos for a minimum period of three months. Originally built in 1984, the complex sits between Passages and Ocean Sound on Beach Road.
